Comment: Flashy, gemmy green cluster of Apophyllite crystals in stalactite form! This specimen was featured in a well known stalactite collection some years back and there's no doubt about it - it is a true stalactite. There is no matrix attachment along the entire length, only at the very bottom. The tip appears to indicate a Quartz drusy covered Chalcedony center since a small bit peeks though. Ex.
